Exxit - Crawford College of Art and Design Degree Show

Last night I attended the opening of Exxit, the Crawford College of Art and Design BA in Fine Art & Ceramics Degree Show Art Exhibition at Sharman Crawford Street, Cork. It runs June 15th-23rd, open Monday - Saturday 11am - 6pm, Sunday 12pm-6pm until June 23rd. There will be guided tours at 1pm daily and admission free. I was there to support my friend John Kent (images 4 and 5) and was blown away by the amount of talent that lays here in our City. Well done to all involved!

Absolut Style at Set

Absolut Style at Set returns this Easter falling on the 7th and 8th of April in Langton House Hotel, Kilkenny. There promises to be a Shutterbug Kilo Sale which lets face it reason enough to go but there also the weekend also features a Hair & Beauty area where for 10e a go you can get your hair, nails, make-up and lashes done along with selected stands, great nights out including a Smash Hits 90s party on Sat 7th April and DJ Sally Cinnamon on the 8th.

The Beauty Spot

The Beauty Spot Summer Tour kicked off in The Woodford, Cork last night. This proved itself to be the  ultimate free pamper party featuring product sampling, free beauty and hair advice from NYC Beauty Bar, free nail bar,complimentary drinks from Eve, DJ set from Cici Cavanagh,  pop-up shops from local boutiques and vintage stores including Amity, Peacock and Ruby, Miss Daisy Blue and Turquoise Flamingo, Chupi, the fashion team from the Irish News of the World along with the wonderful Abigail of Russell Styling with the night filmed for their online TV Channel, Stylenation.ie.
